Review: First Comes Scandal

First Comes Scandal First Comes Scandal by Julia Quinn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was hugely enjoyable. It is full of hilarious scenes, and I really felt like Georgie and Nicholas were well suited to each other. They seem to actually listen to each other, unlike some characters. The epilogue was lovely, and definitely needed to tie up the loose ends left at the conclusion of the final chapter. The sex scenes are definitely very steamy, but they do move the plot along, and are not just there for titillation.

Overall, this was a humorous and romantic story, perfect to relax with, with a satisfying happy ending.

I was given a free copy of this book, my opinions are my own.
